On Monday 21 May, Year 11 Children, Family and Community students were involved in a cooking activity with young children from the local community.
For the eight children it was their first hands on experience in a kitchen and it was most obvious they thoroughly enjoyed making pinwheels with our Year 11 students.
The Children, Family and Community students are to be commended for their enthusiasm and excellent care they extended to the young visitors.
At the conclusion of the cooking segment, the children were exposed to 21st Century learning strategies as Year 11 students guided them with a educational game on the iPad.
I am so proud of my students’ efforts. Awesome work girls. Mrs Hall
