Jasmine Connelly’s commitment to the PCYC has been recognised with the PCYC Junior Member of the Year Award.
Jasmine commenced at the PCYC in 2004 where she was heavily involved in Rhythmic Gymnastics.
In 2005, Jasmine moved to Gymnastics and Rollerskating. While she continued with Gymnastics for about three years, she remains firmly committed to Rollerskating.
Jasmine achieved excellence in Rollerskating moving up five levels, often referred to as ‘stars’. She is now in the second highest level.
After the Assistant Coach left in 2011, Jasmine was asked to be Junior Voluntary Coach, and has assumed this role ever since. In this capacity, Jasmine has proven to be very patient, offering much encouragement to the students in her care. She is a natural born teacher!
