The pursuit of academic excellence is central to the College’s educational program. As such, a challenging and engaging curriculum is structured in a way that meets each student’s individual needs and level of development. In addition, as the students journey through each year level, they are immersed in dynamic and innovative learning activities specifically designed for each age group.
Learning Enrichment
Academically gifted students are exposed to a variety of learning experiences that are designed to challenge them. Academic enrichment programs are offered from Years 7 to 12 that focus on challenging students to excel within a nurturing environment, in a broad range of academic fields.
Students with special needs are also well catered for under the guidance of the Learning Enrichment and Support Coordinator. Students’ particular learning styles are accommodated and participation in all activities is encouraged. We also offer individualised and small group programs for students who require additional support in literacy and numeracy.
Scholarships
In recognition of our quest for excellence, Academic Scholarships are awarded each year to our incoming Year 7 students. In addition, scholarships are also provided for Music and Aboriginal students from Year 7.
