Year 11 Dinner Dance

Emma Grassie (Head of Year 11)

On Friday, September 6th, Peel Manor House was transformed into a glittering paradise for our Year 11 students’ Dinner Dance. The elegant venue, adorned with twinkling lights and beautiful table arrangements, set the perfect scene for an unforgettable evening of celebration and camaraderie.

As the evening unfolded, students enjoyed a sumptuous dinner, which was only the beginning of the night’s festivities. The dance floor came alive with energetic beats, and the atmosphere was filled with laughter and joy. Students revelled in the chance to dress up, share memorable moments, and enjoy the evening together before the significant academic challenges ahead.

Sabatini Nunez, one of the attendees, shared her excitement: “The night was magical! We’ve all been looking forward to this for ages, and it definitely lived up to our expectations. It was a fantastic way to celebrate with everyone before we dive into our exams.”

Another student, Isabelle Olson, reflected on the event with enthusiasm: “I had such a great time! It was awesome to see everyone in their fancy outfits and to dance the night away. It’s moments like these that really make the school year special.”

The Year 11 Dinner Dance was a resounding success, leaving everyone with cherished memories and a sense of unity as they head into the final stretch of their school journey. Here’s to many more such celebrations!
