Our Rising Leaders were able to put all of the skills they had learned during Term 2 into practice when they embarked on a full day of team-building activities. Being able to lead and work in effective teams is an essential skill of a great leader and after watching our students in action, it is safe to say that the future of Kolbe is in great hands!
The morning was spent learning about the characteristics of effective teams and identifying the strengths each of our Rising Leaders brings to their team. Thanks to the generous support of our P&F Association, our leaders in training were then able to spend the afternoon putting their knowledge into practice completing a Treasure Hunt activity with the staff of Total Team Building.
The day was not just about learning and practising but also about having fun and bonding with peers. The Treasure Hunt fostered a sense of camaraderie and highlighted the importance of communication and collaboration in achieving common goals. Watching our Rising Leaders navigate challenges, solve problems together, and celebrate their successes was truly inspiring. We are immensely proud of their growth and excited to see them continue to develop as the leaders of tomorrow.
