Teresa House Day

Paige (Year 7) & Brielle (Year 9)

Teresa Day 2025 was a day filled with joy, laughter, and meaningful moments shared across the house community. From start to finish, the day offered the perfect balance of reflection, celebration, and connection.

We began with a beautiful Mass, giving us the chance to pause, reflect, and remember the incredible kindness and compassion of Saint Mother Teresa. As Phoebe in Year 9 shared, “Teresa Day was such a memorable part of 2025. Starting the day off with Mass and paying our respects to our patron saint, Mother Teresa, having breakfast all together as a house made the event such a special time for us all to band together and celebrate!”

After Mass, the hospitality team spoiled us with a delicious breakfast of pancakes and bacon. The meal wasn’t just about good food—it was about gathering, chatting, and enjoying time together as a house. The warmth of that moment carried through the rest of the day.

The afternoon offered something for everyone. Whether it was movies, board games, ping pong, or colouring, students embraced the chance to unwind and spend time with friends. Zeena in Year 7 summed it up perfectly: “I really enjoyed celebrating Teresa Day together with my friends. We had so much fun! I’m so glad we got the opportunity to participate in so many activities including watching a movie, mindfulness, and more!”

Looking back, Teresa Day was the perfect reminder of the importance of kindness, community, and taking time to celebrate each other. The day wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible effort of those who helped plan and organise it—your hard work was truly appreciated!
