At Kolbe Catholic College, we believe that wellbeing is not just about how we feel — it’s about the environment we live in, the choices we make, and the way we care for each other. That’s why we’re thrilled to launch our first ever CLEAN Initiative Art Competition, part of our student-led CLEAN initiative to reduce the amount of rubbish on our school grounds.
This project invites students to design eye-catching, meaningful bin stickers that promote positive habits and values across the school. These designs will be printed and displayed on bins around campus — a daily reminder of the kind of community we want to build together.
The competition is open to all students, who can submit an original design under one of the following themes:
- Waste Reduction
- The Environment
- Sustainability
- Inclusivity
Each theme reflects an important part of both environmental and personal wellbeing. Whether it’s encouraging students to think twice before littering, to look out for a friend, or to feel a sense of pride and ownership in their school, these stickers are designed to speak to everyone.
This is more than a design task — it’s a chance for students to be seen, heard, and to contribute something lasting. We’re looking for creativity, clarity, and heart. There are some fantastic prizes up for grabs, and each submission will be eligible to be showcased throughout the school.
Students can submit their entries either digitally or by hand with all information and templates found in an email sent to all students. All entries must be in PDF format and submitted via the official Google Form by Thursday, 14 August.
