Kolbe’s High Achievers

As we look back on the academic year, Kolbe takes pride in acknowledging the steady achievements of the graduating class of 2023. Despite the challenges faced, these students have demonstrated commendable dedication and resilience.

The commitment to diverse pathways is evident, with students engaging in industry and enterprise, accumulating an impressive 9250 hours of workplace learning. The efforts of students on many pathways has translated into the attainment of 114 certificates, showcasing a range of valuable skills.

There were outstanding academic accomplishments, with the highest Median ATAR in the College’s history reaching 84%. Furthermore, several subjects have surpassed the State mean, highlighting the consistent performance of our graduates across various disciplines.

In pursuit of higher education, 68 students have successfully secured university placements, with natural and physical sciences being the most popular area of study, followed by health and engineering. UWA and Curtin University remain the destinations most popular for graduates from ATAR, Curtin UniReady, and Certificate IV entrance pathways.
